This privacy policy is Bobby G. Rice’s, for bobbygrice.com, and it covers this website alone.
The contact form on the home page asks for your name, your email and your message. When you send it, it goes from your browser to FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, which delivers it to Bobby’s inbox. The website itself keeps no copy.
The Buy buttons on the Merch page take you to PayPal. PayPal takes your payment and your shipping address on its own pages, under PayPal’s privacy statement, and tells Bobby what to send and where. Your card details never pass through this site.
The videos on the home page play from YouTube, inside our page. When one loads, YouTube can set cookies of its own and log the view, under Google’s privacy policy. The Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube links take you to those services, whose own policies apply there.
Our site logs each page view on Cloudflare before anything runs in your browser: the page, the site, search or ad that sent you, your kind of device and your browser, and the town, state, country and internet provider of your connection as Cloudflare estimates them. It doesn’t keep your IP address or anything with your name on it. It also notes how many seconds a page stays open.
The site sets one cookie of its own, ts_src, when a visit begins. It remembers where the visit came from (the referring site or ad, the first page, your kind of device and the time), holds no identifier, and is gone when you close your browser. Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_FM5M8NEW51, and YouTube’s player sets its own.
We use Google Analytics as a second count of visits. It sends Google the pages you view and how you arrived, under Google’s privacy policy. Google’s opt-out add-on, or blocking cookies for this site, turns it off.
Cloudflare hosts the site and sees your IP address when it sends you a page, like any host. The typefaces come from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when your browser loads them.
